I don't think I had posted anything yet about the schedule for the boy's volleyball schedule, but in case I did, I need to point out the Section recently adjusted the schedule, moving the actual season up by one week. The original Section Sport calendar for 2024-2025 had the first contact date as Friday, February 28th. That date was recently changed to Friday, February 21st. The last regular season contact date is now Thursday, April 24th (originally Thursday, May 1st). Below is a copy of the Sport Calendar (adjusted on 11/6/24) showing these dates:
The first practice date is Monday, February 3rd, which is when I assume most teams will start their tryouts.
The playoff schedule has also been adjusted. It looks like playoffs will start on Thursday, May 1st. A link to a copy of the updated Playoff Guide (dated 11/20/24) is provided below:
