Sanger Slam

As indicated in the Tournament thread, the Sanger Slam (varsity) tournament will be held on Friday, February 28th and Saturday, March 1st. This is one of the more competitive tournaments in the State of California. It will be loaded with most of the best high school teams from the Sanger/Clovis/Fresno area, as well as the rest of the Central Section. According to Sanger Coach Scott Okada, he has 26 teams already registered for a max 32 team tournament field. Other Sections represented include North Coast, Central Coast, and the Sac-Joaquin. The two teams from the Sac-J already registered are Jesuit HS and Golden Valley HS. There are 6 more openings, so perhaps another team or two from our Section could enter.
